Service Repair Requests
We recognize that providing support and maintaining your wireless handsets and services are critical to conducting your day to day business. For this reason we have a loaner policy in place to ensure that users are not inconvenienced by interruptions with their cellular service. Our normal procedure for such situations is to send the user a loaner unit (we require credit card on file for security purposes). Once we receive the defective phone, it is checked with our records to determine if the repair is under warranty or if it is chargeable. We inform the customer and they make a decision. If the hardware is not purchased with us, we also require a copy of the hardware invoice for us to send to the manufacturer.Loaner Phones
To request a loaner, please complete the following form. Under normal circumstances, a loaner will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days via Purolator. We pay the shipping for packages that originate at our end, and customer pays for insured courier shipping for packages that originate from their end.Repair/Loaner Service Request
- Cost for the use our "Loaner" phone is $0.
- Loaner phones are issued for use while a customer's phone is being serviced only. Not for use when a customer's phone is lost or stolen.
- A Loaner phone must be returned within 7 days of receipt of a phone returned from service.
- If a loaner phone is not returned within the allowed time frame of 7 days, or it is returned damaged (including fluid damage), a charge of $150 plus tax will be applied to the customers credit card supplied below.
- Customer is responsible for backing up their data, such as the phonebook, before sending the phone in for service. We will not be responsible for lost customer data, during the service period.
